	Hi, I am Chris Bosworth, Administrator of Willow Springs. I love the elderly, and have dedicated myself to making Willow Springs the perfect place for short and long-term residents. My hobby is interior design, and I have done my best to make Willow feel like a beautiful home, rather than a clinical setting. I’m a ‘laughter is the best medicine’ kind of guy, and will make sure you get the best care.
	Hello, I’m Tamara Avila, Director of Nursing. I have worked in Long-term care for nearly 22 years. In that time, I have worked as a Nurse Aide, a Cook, a Dietary Manager, a Staff Trainer, a Floor Nurse, and Director of Nursing. I have a thorough understand of our residents’ physical, emotional, and culinary needs! I look forward to meeting you.

In additional to our caregiving staff, we have an Activities Director, Social Worker, Financial Manager, Beautician, Rehab Director, Housekeeping/Laundry Director, and many other staff who are dedicated to giving you positive experience at Willow.
