This commitment made by the Hill family has led North Central Care Center’s care team to a recent deficiency free survey. North Central Care Center was built new in 1995 and has been professionally maintained ever since.  With four day/dining/activity rooms throughout the building as well as oversized resident rooms, we are confident you will find our home clean and odor free. We have a 101 bed Skilled Nursing Center qualified and certified to care for Private, Medicaid, Medicare, Veterans, Insurance and HMO residents.
