What to Expect

You can expect professional, pleasant staff, capable of meeting your health needs. Communication and dignity are high on our lists of "necessary" components of care, and our doors are always open to hear your comments or concerns.

Our goal is to help you meet your health related goals, and return to your maximum potential.  Care conferences are held periodically and on request, in addition to daily communication with our staff.

Landmark has 93 beds, all Medicaid and Medicare certified. Most rooms are double occupancy, with a room sink, and private in-room toilet and sink. There are 11 private suites and tours are available on request and may also be scheduled for a specific time with Social Services staff.

Daily rates: Private $265.00, Semi-Private $255.00
