Landmark opened in February 2000, and is the premier therapy facility in the community, specializing in short term rehabilitation stays, and also caring for residents with longer term illnesses and providing hospice services. Hosting a large specially designed therapy room, Landmark has state of the art equipment in place to lead the charge in you or your loved ones speedy and full recovery.
Landmark has 93 beds, all Medicaid and Medicare certified. Most rooms are double occupancy, with a room sink, and private in-room toilet and sink. There are 11 private rooms, each with a pleasant view. A private dining room for special family events, a huge activities room and department, and a huge patio for outdoor entertaining.
Daily rates: Private $235.00, Semi-Private $225.00
