What to Expect

Chandler House has a very high level of skilled nurses available to residents 24/7. Because of this, they are able to offer services such as insulin injections, oxygen therapy and wound care that are not often available at other memory care facilities. Also because of the level of nursing care and their interaction with the residents on a daily basis, they are able to monitor and quickly notice any changes in health status and notify physicians and families. They are also available to help families coordinate outside home care or hospice services.

All Chandler House staff are specially trained and certified to work in mental health care. Ongoing training through a close relationship with Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health who provide access to the latest information in mental health care and treatment.

For the comfort of the residents, x-rays, lab work, physical therapy and even hair care can all be taken care of on-site, which eliminates the stress of arranging for transportation.
